EMILY'S SHAWL

This rectangular shawl is knit in a lovely lace-weight yarn that is a blend of wool and angora in a lovely, soft cream color. I made it for my niece Emily for Christmas a few years ago. The center panel is knit in Ostrich Plume stitch. Then I picked up the stitches all the way around the center panel and knit the sides.

It is finished with a knit-on stitch knitted sideways.
